Workshopping is "how" we uncover hidden gems in discovery, but it can also be "what" we accomplish together. After goal alignment, we can design the perfect workshop for your team. With years of experience as a facilitator, I have seen workshops inspire, reengage and change the energy behind an initiative - all while giving your team a voice.

CONSULTING RETAINER 

I believe that the value of a consultant is not being an expert in your industry, but the value is in a consultant's unique perspective. Many times it is hard to uncover clarity in your purpose from the inside, and an outside perspective brings a new solution to the table. An ongoing retainer allows for you to invite in a different perspective, exactly when you need it the most.

  • Weekly/monthly involvement in strategic planning meetings

  • Review and feedback on tactical execution

  • Multi-agency or partner oversight

  • Ongoing strategic support on an ad hoc basis
